For clients who have taken our Site Management option, we offer an hour's service a month. We will generally operate by email, taking questions and moving files back and forth. We will take phone calls by arrangement.

We will also register you as a member of our forum, and some questions are best answered there, especially if others may have the same questions.

Training

The best way for you to use a Content Management System, or CMS, is for you to have full control over the content. It is very easy to do, and you or your staff can edit the articles or add new pages, right there in the browser. We will assist you to become fluent at this process.

Management of your site

We will retain overall adminstration control over your site, but give you control over the content. There are many things which need looking after, like content, news, functionality, your search engine ranking, email lists - we are the best people to deal with your site management, and we strongly recommend that you take that option.
